Integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini (PAUD) menjadi isu yang semakin relevan di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran PAUD, dampaknya terhadap perkembangan anak, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik serta lembaga pendidikan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran PAUD dilakukan melalui berbagai media, seperti aplikasi edukatif, video pembelajaran, dan perangkat interaktif. Integrasi teknologi berkontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan motorik anak, terutama dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, serta interaksi sosial. Namun, terdapat sejumlah tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya kesiapan guru, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta kurangnya literasi digital pada orang tua.
